We pick and pack electronics, hardware, fabric, clothing, weighing scales, glue, soap, footwear, stationery, writing implements, cosmetics, diabetic glucose tablets, syringes, lancets, wheelchairs, canes and many more products

While Cimetra is not currently EDI capable, we do monitor and manage Commerce Hubs, such as with Home Depot, Groupon or Amazon.

Yes, Cimetra unloads containers for the purpose of restocking inventory in our facility for our pick and pack customers, but requires planning well in advance

Cimetra receives orders in many different ways; faxes, emails or imports from Commerce Hubs. We currently are not EDI capable.

For cross docking, freight forwarding or pick and pack shipments on pallets, our preferred carrier is XPO Logistics (formally Con-Way Freight). For small carrier shipments, our preferred carrier is FedEx Ground and FedEx Express. We receive discounts from XPO and FedEx and therefore pass on an extension of that discount to our customers. However, we ship any carrier collect or 3rd party.

To lower the overhead on international transportation, we contract out local and dependable family-runned businesses for all LTL. FTL and small carrier shipments.

We deliver and pick up on the entire island of Montreal. Off the island, we can travel as far north as St. Eustache, Quebec. However, your destination must be relatively close off of Route 640.

We deliver and pick up as far south as Plattsburgh, NY. However, your destination must be relatively close off of Interstate 87.

We handle FDA/Agriculture Canada supplies and equipment. We are also FDA [USA] agents for several of our customers.

We prefer that you do have your own broker. However, if you do not, Cimetra can provide brokerage services through our broker until you sign on with your own broker. We can most certainly provide a list of possible brokers to choose from.

Each commodity handles differently. For example, the handling time to pick and pack a pen set would be different from that of handling a 10 pound pipe fitting. Thus, each commodity has a different handling charge. Shipping charges can be quoted but require destination zip code, weight, container dimensions and commodity type. Therefore, posting shipping charges would develop into an endless list.

To reduce operational costs, Cimetra does not currently accept payments in the form of credit cards or bank transfers. We only accept checks and money orders payable in US Funds.

Cimetra works from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We do not work on weekends

Each year, Cimetra takes off seven (7) business holidays:
